Elapsed calendar hours in UTC, including weekends and initial draft time. First human review means a submitted approval, changes requested or commented review, including later dismissals. Bot reviews and author self-reviews are excluded; comments and review requests do not count. Open-to-merge means merge time minus original creation time.

Review cohorts use PR creation time. Merge cohorts and volume use merge time. Unreviewed PRs are excluded from review percentiles. UTC weeks start Monday; edge weeks contain only the selected period. Percentiles use eligible PRs across the selected repositories.
